HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET? HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way. Your order can be tracked by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
For France, Flat Eric Shop will do all the sendings via the postal service: TNT with Insurance and tracking number.
For the U.E and the rest of the world, Flat Eric Shop only use FedEx - International Priority, with insurance and tracking number.
The delivery cost are automatically calculated and appear when you finish your order. When order is complete, delivery time will be: 24H for France and 48H / 72H for International, on workdays only.
You will be able to follow your parcel by typing your tracking number on the following sites: TNT and FEDEX.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your order, Flat Eric Shop commits itself to exchange or refund you the products concerned.
The expenses of sending and return will be at your charge.
You have a 7 days deadline as from the date of reception to return us the products.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Don't panic!
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if it corresponds to the delivery.
If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact us immediately. Include your Order Number and the Name of the missing item. We'll fix it.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you want to return undamaged or complete items, the cost of return will be at your charge. In sale products may not be returned nor exchanged. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Broken, incomplete or used products may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be at your charge.
Products are to be returned in original condition, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc. still attached. Caps must be returned in a box so they don't get squashed out of shape. Flatericshop.com reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria. IMPORTANT: Please clearly write RETURNS on the package to ensure faster customs processing.

We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we can restock items and sometimes we can't. In general, most of the flatericshop.com products are limited edition. We recommend to not wait too long !

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN EXPENSES ?
In case of a return you will be responsible for the cost to ship the parcel back to us. If you are returning an item for good we will refund you your full payment but we will not reimburse the cost that you payed to return the parcel. If you are returning an item and want to have it exchanged the cost of return will be at your charge.
